몇 시예요? = 몇 시 (what time) + 예요 (Be verb) = What time is it?

1) 이것은 몇 시에 시작해요? At what time does this start?

이것 this

은 subject marker

몇 시 what time

에 time marker "at"

시작하다 to start -> 시작해요

2) 이것은 몇 시에 끝나요? At what time does this finish?

이것 this

끝나다 to finish -> 끝나요

3) 몇 시에 가야 해요?  At what time should I go?

* should 야 해요 is combined with the conjugated stem : 가다 -> 가요   so 가 is the conjugated stem,  오다 -> 와요 so 와 is the conjugated stem. 

가야 해요 should go, 와야 해요 should come

가다 to go -> 가요

~야 해요 should (~ indicates the conjugated stem)
