한국에 교환학생으로 가겠다고 했어요. I said I’m going to Korea as an exchange student.

계약을 맺다 to sign a contract

I am scheduled to meet the boss to sign the contract.

관계를 맺다 to have/make/develop a relationship

친구들과 특별한 관계를 맺어서 헤어지기 힘들어요.
