Reading

A long time ago, there was a rabbit and a hyena. They lived near a farm and often fought.
The rabbit often helped the farmer, so the farmer said to the rabbit, “If you're hungry, you can always eat the crops on my farm."

One day, the farmer’s children saw the rabbit eating the crops. They ran to the farm and called their father outside. The children shouted, “The rabbit is eating our crops!” The father said, “That rabbit is kind, so I told him to eat the crops on our farm.”

One day, the rabbit had a fight with the hyena. It was a big problem. So, the rabbit made a plan. The rabbit told the hyena that he could always eat the crops on the farm. Then the rabbit went back to the farm and secretly ruined the crops.

The farmer saw the ruined crops and got angry. The rabbit lied to the farmer. “I saw the animal that ruined your crops,” he said. Then the rabbit said the hyena’s appearance to the farmer. That night, the hyena was hungry, so he went to the farm to eat some crops. He believed what the rabbit had told him, so he thought it was okay. At that moment, the farmer’s children were playing outside. They saw the hyena eating the crops and ran to the farm and then called their father. The children shouted, “A strange animal is eating our crops!”

When the farmer saw the hyena, he remembered the appearance that the rabbit had said to him. It looked exactly the same. So, the farmer drove the hyena away. The hyena was very scared, so he never came back.
